Well not wonder my CRP levels went down so quickly in two months (from 4.92 to 0.67). I went off Yasmin in late April and started on a low gi diet (with no sugar, no artificial sweeteners). I was really proud of myself for making such great progress (thinking it was all about the new, good eating habits), but I'll take it any way it comes.
