^ unfortunately in jobs like that you do get crap, mylyssa1981, and that is crappy.

Believe it or not Family Dollar offers excellent health insurance if you are full time. Part time I didn't have crap, but I have been full time for over 2 years now and my insurance was incredible. Sadly their benefits aren't worth what I have gone through there in the last 3 years so when I got married I switched over to my DH's insurance and I am looking for a new job.
