I wanna join too! anything that might help me get my tummy gone
I'm 6 ft tall and im like 104 kilos which i think is like 228lbs or something. My goal is to lose 22 kilos (50lbs) <--my scale is in kilos. I don't know what my goal weight should be exatly, I don't want to be a twig (mosty because its unrealistic) I just want to wear clothes from a regular store without my stupid hips and tummy showing though
