No amount of meds helped and we weren't good candidates for IUI or IVF.
ETA - I know it's been a while since I posted but wanted to add...
I was told when I was 13yo (& dx with PCOS) that I would never have kids. My DH has SUPER sperm, not lying, he has an extrememly high, healthy count. I am pretty sure that with my annovulation and CM, I would not have been able to get pregnant by someone with "normal" sperm. I have only ovulated a few times as an adult and the ONLY medicated cycle (out of 16) that I O'd, I didn't get pregnant. Any other time DH was home and I O'd, I have gotten pregnant.
