 health department question
I have no insurance (no job) and plan on making an appointment with the health department, mostly for birth control. This is my first appointment for this sort of thing and wondered what happens on the first visit? What kind of tests do they do? Are all the tests required, usually?
For anyone who went to the health department, I know they work on a sliding scale but how expensive is the scale when it comes to the exam and birth control costs?
I absolutely dread going, but I dread ever getting pregnant more! |
