Amy- Sorry to hear about your cousin..I spoke to someone that seemed like he knew something lol in GNC once about your liver and taking pills and he said herbs dont affect your liver the way prescription drugs do. I dont know how true that is..but then he also said if i wanted to I could take Milk Thistle from time to time i think he even said a few times every year maybe 6 months and its suppose to help your liver. I havent done that yet but i plan too soon.
Letty- sounds like my body sometimes..i always look at it as if it was AF because usually as time goes on i never get any more spotting so its kinda weird but who really knows. Probably you lining is not thick enough..i did some test from a fertility book ..i think i posted it here once and it basically pointed me to herbs that help with lining and it seems to be working. So I added Rasberry leaf tea and started taking Dong Quai again...when i stopped taking Dong Quai AFs were light how you described so i know that was working for me some how and now...my AF is heavy.
See what happens over the next few days...hopefully it will come back...that has happened to me before.
