....read Nancy Dunne's book called "The Natural Diet Solution for PCOS and Infertility"?
Her daugther has PCOS and she has helped her a lot to cope with PCOS and now has a passion to help others with PCOS. She discusses a diet plan (low GI which is what I do right now, and love that way of eating, but could always learn more) and treating the underlying causes of PCOS. It's intriguing, I was wondering if anyone has read her book. You cannot get it in stores only on her website. http://www.ovarian-cysts-pcos.com/pcos-book-res.html. You can get it online for something like $17.95, on paperback it's a little bit more expensive.

Doing Low GI diet as of Sept. 07. DX with PCOS in Sept 07' as well.
Started at a size 24, now a size 14. My waist was 44", now it's 32".
I am on no medication, just diet and exercise.
