I use Arnold's Natural Flax & Fiber...you can see the flax seeds in it, and the taste is pretty good. The bread is soft, and it's not cardboard-y. There's no HFCS, artificial preservatives, colors, and it's stoneground. To me, that's a whole lot of good, and very little bad! There's also 4 g of fiber and 4 g of protein.
