i think 150mg would be fine.when i tried it i used 2 tablets totaling 80mg and it didnt work for me, and i went on to use clomid so never tried again.
i do not think it has any effect on CM at all like clomid.i have never heard anyone complain of it.
drink some green tea if you like it,this is known to help CM,and plenty of water just to be safe.
