I also have no insurance and I'm a college kid so no job... However, just make sure you pretty much request your BC as follows: the most inexpensive yet EFFECTIVE generic pill they have. Then go to kmart or walmart to have it filled, generics are especially cheap through these pharmacies. Maybe Walgreens too idk because I've never been to one. I have to go to the doc for something else next week and will also be requesting some BC. Hope this helps!

I tried to go to planned parenthood in September while I was up at my college because I don't have health insurance, and they threatened to have me pay like a $300 deductible type thing even though I flat out said I'm a college kid and I have no income. They also ask for like bank statements and like two forms of ID and stuff, when I tried to go it was harder than trying to apply for a driver's license with the DMV. grrrr |
