Thank you all for your thoughts and prayers. I just spoke with my brother and they were getting ready to move Jessica to the same hospital as Caleb. The doctor did an EKG this morning and said that his heart was good. He said that it was the way that the x-ray's were looked at that caused the scare of the enlarged heart.
They are hoping to wean him off the IV to increase his bottle feedings. He has a central unit that runs from his elbow to his heart and that is pumping extra glucose into his system.
They are hoping that once he is stable off the IV and his blood sugar stays stable one the line is taken out, he will be able to go home.
