Let's do keep in touch and definitely share our experiences. Is bipolar type II the less severe type? Sorry not too familiar with bipolar, which I think I am by the way but my therapist labeled it as just mild depression. Although I told her I had constant highs and lows, this is why I am searching now for a new therapist who actually listens.
