It depends. If you are getting treatment at a fertility clinic, then generally everything is done in house (i.e., they have their own lab and even rooms filled with porno to help DH out). If you are seeing an OB/GYN, she/he can give you a lab slip for your husband. You should call the lab first, because not all labs do sperm analyses and most likely, they'll want your DH to make the sample at home (your OB/GYN or the lab can give you a sterile cup) and bring it in right away.
