I am going to go back and see the doctor in 3 months. I thought I would feel really self concious with her. She weighs about 100 lbs and it like 5 ft 6. I felt so comfortable with her. She was quick with my pap and encouraged me to call her if I ever have any questions.
I was thinking of starting laser surgery for my chin hair. She said the spiro would help stop new hairs from forming, but that it won't do anything for the hair that is already there. I am also starting back on the glucophage. I am going to try the XR version. When am I going to start to feel different?? |
DON'T DO LASER!!! it's a total waste of money if you have PCOS! I had already undergone three sessions (with the laser at the highest possible voltage) with absolutely no results before my dermatologist suggested that i see an endocrinologist. My endo told me that laser is pointless and the best way to treat excess hair is to treat the underlying cause which is obviously the imbalance of hormones and an excess of androgens.
