Carrie: I understand this is hard and any time you want to discuss I will be here. I think though these people are not worth your worrying. Maybe you should repeat my new motto (courtesy of Adea8) "I will get this under control so that it doesn't control me". I think it it a great way to think and live your life. I have let depression and PCOS run my life for a long time and I think it's time I take back control from them. You can do the same sweetie. Don't let your phobias, depression and those idiots in LR and Fayetteville run your life.

ArmyStoleHim: The people at your doctor's office seem to be just a little slow, lol. Why would you need to come in for an appt. when you were just there???? And then not getting back to you is terrible as well. You are better than me because I would have ripped them a new one. I hope you finally got your prescription and your back is feeling better. I have lower back pain and when I sit for too long I get pain as well, so I know that's not fun especially at work.

Hmmm...I did not know that when you stop taking BCP you can get those type of side effects. Like you said everybody is different though and maybe I wouldn't get them but it definitely makes me think twice about starting them. I have to agree that it is dumb of the doctor to put you back on something that allowed a cyst to grow in the first place. Sometimes doctors do silly things that make no sense.

Thanks for the well wishes on my sonogram, it's not until 9/3 and I will definitely take your advice and ask LOTS of questions! I used to be shy about asking doctors questions but since doing my research on this forum and other places I feel confident and empowered to go in there and ask WHATEVER I want!
