Welcome LizaA..... good to see another Korean here! Gash20, welcome! I suffer from excessive facial hair on my upperlip and forehead. I have black hair so it's very noticeable! I have tried waxing, threading, electrolosis and laser hair removal. I am pleased with the results from laser hair removal! It is expensive in comparison to the other treatments, but feel the money is well spent as I have about 70% hair loss after 6 treatments. I don't feel as insecure when talking with people up close. I hope to get a few treatments this winter since my DH and I aren't TTC for the next 3 months. If you decide to try LHR, then be sure to ask them to shave the hair as the treatment is more effective when they directly zap into the roots.

Avantika- thanks for the suggestion of the progesterone cream. I will definately look into it next time. My heart goes out to you also and please keep us posted.

Skyhunter- I hope you feel better soon. When I feel depressed it's easy to wallow because my thoughts are so negative. After I wallow and take time out for myself I get a cup of tea, take out my "count my blessings" journal and write down anything that is positive or good from my day to help me change my thought process or "self-talk". For ex) claiming the beautiful sunset I saw on my drive home, hearing the birds chirp, hanging out with a friend, food, feeling the wind on my face, etc. When I'm done, I end up writing down at least 10-15 things! I constantly need to renew my mind and change my way of thinking because the longer I'm withdrawn... I dig myself into a hole and then it's harder to come out.

Tasha- I hope you'll have a great school year. I'm back at work too and looking forward to getting my routine back.
