I went to my health department and filled out an application to go on Medicaid Family Planning. I had the exam and received 9 months of birth control for nothing! A few weeks after, I received my Medicaid card in the mail. You have to have your birth certificate with you when you fill it out. That was my experience, hope that helps. |
