currently i am taking
1,000 of Vitex
500 of fish oil
500 of vitamin c
500 of flax seed oil
lemme know if you think i should change anything as soon as i get the time and i run close out of vitex i plan on ordering fertility blend online cuz the GNC here in town dont carry it anymore
