Simillar thing happened to me in August. Apparently my insurance company will not foot their percentage for the bcp until you are 2/3 through your prescription. In my case, I had to wait an extra week, which wasn't an issue because i wasn't finished my current package, but not like I wanted to go back to the pharmacy. I only found this out, after I got home, thinking they filled it along with another prescription, only to find the other 2. Go figure. I spoke to the pharmist and she explained why this happened. This maybe the case with your insurance company too.
