True, PCOS does raise the risk of Type II Diabetes so what's highly suggested is that you exercise daily, minimize sugar and refined carbs, eat plenty of whole grains, and lean proteins. Also, drink plenty of water. In terms of fertility, it's not something I am concerned about since I am not even dating or sexually active, but if you are concerned, you should definitely consult a doctor.
