I'm a terrible chart interpreter, but I would suggest posting your question on the "infertility and trying to conceive" section - there is a BBT thread there, and the girls seem to love interpreting charts!
when i started on synthroid, my temps did not really change at all. however, when we adjusted my dose, I did O about 2 - 3 weeks later.
so fingers crossed that you did O!
