 Jewish cysters - help please!
Hello Jewish cysters!
I have questions about the Jewish traditions in regards to funerals and sitting shiva.
One of my co-worker's mothers passed away on Friday. Her funeral is today, and they are "sitting shiva" for her tomorrow at her home.
Can anyone go, and do you just stop by, the way you'd stop by a funeral home during the visitation hours? Should I wear black, or something else?
