Everyone- Is anyone on the South Beach Diet? I'm on it (in Phase one) and with Ramadan, I'm dying. DH is telling me to stop the diet until Ramadan is over, but I feel so guilty. I also don't want to not fast but I'm clueless. Anyone go through this? |
