No I haven't tried a special diet. I don't feel going gluten free is a very practical option for me since it would mean switching my entire family over.
It's possible that my hormones are not really under control. I only say they are because I am having my period now. I've considered spiro but I know it will all come back as soon as I get off spiro to TTC again.
