Because of his infertility issues with low sperm count, I decided to get myself assessed and was found to have PCOS (dx by pelvic u/s) and endometriosis (dx and tx by a lap). The lap was done on August 7 and I have been on Metformin 2000 for 2 months.
I have started charting my temperatures and used OPK this month. According to the OPK I ovulated. I had pain on my left side, so I thought I possibly could have ovulated from the L ovary. That was last week. Now this week I have been having constant pelvic pain on both sides.
Is this an early sign of pregnancy? Has anyone else had luck getting pregnant with a husband with a low sperm count and how low? The next step would be clomid; however, because clomid causes decrease in cervical mucous, the Dr. said we would have to go to IUI.
Please help. | Hey..I just came across your post & I had a lap last week. Until the lap & hyst I had Unexplained IF. During lap & hyst, RE found & removed Stage I endo & a cyst on my right ovary. What Stage of endo did you have at lap? I have been wondering if AF will arrive as normal. I had surgery on CD 17 and today is CD 26. My cycles are unsually around 30days so I guess we will see. Just curious if you have POAS yet?
Good Luck! I hope you get your BFP soon!!
