 I Love metformin!
I also have PCOS and i never had regular AF's. Maybe one every 5 months. I was put on Met 1700mg a day. And i have been on it for 4 months and so far i have had 2 28 day cycles and i O'd on cd 14. I never thought it would regulate me the way it did. Also i have lost 20lbs in 4 months thanks to the met formin. I am now 5'9 and weight 175 lbs. One thing though is that my acne had not got any better. We have been TTC for over 2 years and also my husband has sperm issues. IWe are both on fertilAid and i am hoping that that will fix his morphology issues. Anyways i just wanted to tell you ladies Yes the side effects are horrific! BUT stick through it and it will all ve with it in the end. I PROMISE! |
