 How do I find children waiting in fostercare?
DH and I have been discussing adopting another child through fostercare but still an infant or toddler not an older child. I keep checking the adoptohio website but most of the kids have an identified family, are older, or have been placed. I'm not sure how often they update the page but most of the last date home studies are to be submitted were for months ago! Anyone else know another route to go? Our home study expires in Jan 09 so I would like to get something started before it expires I do not have another $1300.00 to complete a home study right now and really would like DS to have a sibling.
