 PCOS-Motivation
omg we have the same stats...same problems i m 23 too. and i feel the same way as u do. i way 169lbs and i m 5´5. i go to gym regularly but getting on the scale after one week of running and other cardio exercises and not seeing the needle move is very DISCOURAGING. i hate myself sumtimes and often cry. i have bad acne and hirsuitism, so i avoid talking to people also. i have zero social life coz i feel like they´ll b distracted by the scars(acne) or hair on my face. so all i have r online friends and trust me girl.... it is LONELYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY. |
