Pain with ovulation is normal with endo. That is when my pain is the worst for some reason. I think it is because your hormones are at the highest at that time which is what stimulates the growth of endo.

Don't lose hope in trying to conceive. I was told when I was first diagnosed 15 years ago, that I would not have children. (Can you imagine telling a 20 year old that??! I was devastated) Since then I have had 2 beautiful children. Keep trying! One of the first symptoms I have had for each pregnancy is that your boobs start to hurt bigtime! If that starts to happen and it doesn't subside in a week, get tested.
