I was on orthro-tricyline and it did help a lot for a few years, then it stopped woking. That's why I switched to Yasmine a few months before my WL surgery.

HMO Medicaid is completely different. You have to get approvals for everything even a blood test. Approvals take a minimum of 15 to even be considered. Think HMO but much worse because I already receive crappy care now.
