I was around 250lb when I fell pregnant with twins from clomid...I had a good pregnancy medically pretty much, but got every bad side effect you could..but anyone can get that..
I had BP issues 2 months prior to falling pregnant, but that was controlled fine with meds throughout the pregnancy and DID NOT get GD, even tohugh everyone said I would for being larger and carrying 2 placentas....
So its possible to have a good pregnancy and be a larger women....Complications can happen in anyone, even the smallest of ladies....
