Hey - I'm also in Dunedin studying. Student health is/was running a healthy lifestyle thing for those of us who are 'obese'. You get 5 appointments with a nurse to discuss your current lifestyle and what you can be doing about it ($10) and a free refferal to a nutritionist and an exercise physio. I haven't seen the nutritionist, but the exercise physio has been FANTASTIC. I've seen him a few times now and its only $10each for your 2nd, 3rd etc appt. If you're interested, just call up reception and book a nurse appt and make sure you mention the 'healthy lifestyle' bit. From memory its a 1/2 hour appt. The nurse I saw gave me great lunch ideas (which is where I was struggling) and it was great motivation for me to get healthy before the next appt if nothing else!
