Hi im doing slimming world diet and my exercise is regular powerwalking. I started nearly 3 wks ago and lost 6lbs so far. With this diet i have so far not had mad sugar cravings which i usually get on diets and i have been resisting food when im out and about - i usually think oh i will try those testers in the supermarket or if im shopping i usually take a cookie or sweets for energy and saturday nights were always treat nights but started from sat morning to sun night then the diet would start monday but then it wouldnt last etc. Im feeling great and more energy etc. Tonight i even refused a piece of cake from my fave bakers, that really is a big step for me lol. Also my excuse for not walking was its always raining and i dont want wet so i went and got myself a waterproof windproof jacket and i just get out there and put my hood up im just hoping i can keep going in the winter. Now that im into the diet and loosing weight i find people are helping me like dh wont moan about going to the shop for my healthy stuff and close family have been getting me yoghurts etc when they know im comming, i went to my dads for dinner and they got me healthy stuff instead of just the usual whatever everyone else is having
