I took 1200 mg daily because that was what they used in the study. I got my d-chiro-inistol from chiral balance also-it was the only source I could find that sold it. This month I took the met, inistol, clomid and an hcg injection. I am now four days late for my monthly. I take a blood test tommorow at the dr. office. All urine tests have been neg. The d-chiro-inistol is expensive, but if it works and I am pregnant, it is priceless. I have been trying with no luck for over 4 yrs.
