well i was using Sayge NPC from GNC the first time but now I'm trying Emerita Pro-Gest after reading about it and i use about 1/4 tsp. i'm thinking though if it doesn't work this time then i need to wait my 7 days and increase to 1/2 tsp. still haven't seen anything yet and monday will be 14 days. i'm still cramping so hopefully it works this time! |
