I like to use it for menu planning too! I just love how it is so easy to understand. I'm newly diagnosed with PCOS and I am the type of person that needs to know why and how this happens and what can be done to help it. I find this book does exactly that and uses language that is easy to understand and you don't need a degree to understand lol!!

Do you know of any other books or websites about PCOS that are easy to access? I'm finding that there aren't a lot of books about PCOS where I live.
