This book has greatly helped me in my diagnosis!
"A Patient's Guide to PCOS" By Walter Futterweit M.D. I recommend it! It's an easy read and really explains things, from the initial dx to metformin and from getting pregnant to staying pregnant. Helps with diets and from weight loss to accelerated weight loss!
