I think you'll find lots of information on this site about what possibilities there are for you. There are lots of medications available in the UK and lots of really good help too. The key if finding a doctor who understands PCOS.
My first daughter was conceived after I lost four stone and was taking metformin. My second daughter was conceived with clomid which stimulates ovulation. I'm pregnant now and that was totally spontaneous - no meds at all.
