Not at all
It just means you can't take another injection for 6 hours. You can eat anytime you'd like after taking your first injection, up until (I think, an hour before you're going to take your next shot). So, if you take your first shot at 12pm, you can eat anytime (more than once if you like) up until around 5pm (if you're taking the next shot at 6pm.
I take mine at different intervals as well. I never wake up at the same time, and honestly, sometimes I'm just not hungry and don't feel like eating, so there are times it's WAY past 6 hours after I've taken my first shot before taking my second, and everything works fine.
