I am thinking about having it removed because of the spotting, and my husband can still feel it when we have sex (not often because of the non stop spotting) and I am also noticing I am gaining weight. I had lost weight after having my son since I am nursing but not its coming back. I have not really had a period at all but I would rather a period then wearing a panty liner every day. |
Have you seen your doctor since having it implanted? What did they say? You can have the string trimmed. The possible reason why he can still feel it is because it hasn't wrapped around your cervix completely. And I was told that abnormal spotting/bleeding is normal for up to 6-8 months after inserted. Either way I hope you find what works for you.
