I just had a lap done where they found endo and removed it had to do lupron so ttc is held for 3 months set to resume in december. I would definately suggest geting the lap to remove what they can of the endo this was my 2nd and in my post surgiclal visit my notes stated that I had none to minimal scarring so dont worry to much about that right now as long as you have a competent doctor who has done this procedure many times you should be fine.

I was in slight pain 1-2 days after surgery but havent had no problems since good luck to you in whatever route you choose
