yea af every two weeks is a luteal phase defect and that's why the progesterone therapy. i imagine if you were already thinking things like IVF, iui etc... then, nothing much has changed for you with your pcos diagnosis. as far as answers go.... once they control your luteal phase and youa re ready to ttc... the docs will likely progress from clomid cycles, injectables both with or without iui and then move on to ivf... until they find which is the most minimally invasive approach that will work for you. the entire time you will be on whatever prog therapy that your doc feels is appropriate (likely the one you're on now, i would imagine) and then through pregnancy. there's no reason to think, just yet, that this will be anymore difficult than you first imagined it would be. good luck... are you married/partnered?
