should I be more concerned than my doctor seems to be? I weigh nearly exactly 300lbs. My doctor doesn't seem too concerned about me ttc. He said it's not ideal weight for pregnancy and risks of pre-eclampsi and gestational diabetes are slightly increased. Apart from that, he doesn't seem worried. He told me to try and lose a bit of weight if I could. Should I be concerned? I've tried to lose weight but nothing seems to be happening. The scales haven't gone down, but my clothes are bigger and I've actually had comments that I look thinner around the face and that my clothes look big. Why aren't the scales reflecting my weight loss? What are the other risk factors with being pregnant at this weight? Is my doctor not worried enough?
