Cutting out white rice/bread hasn't been a problem because we were already eating brown rice/multigrain sometimes. Basmati rice is apparently ok if you don't want to give up white rice entirely. But cutting out noodles - aargghhhh - I LOVE NOODLES !! And going out is difficult as it's pretty hard to avoid rice or noodles if you go to asian places. Western places are a bit easier - protein and veges - hehe. My main concern is avoiding losing any weight as I'm already quite thin.
