Default new to pcos

Hey- i am new to this site and i am new to pcos. Last week my wife went to the ob/gyn and was told she has pcos. We have been trying to conceive for the past 7 months but to no avail. we are desperate to have children and from what i have been reading online, pcos can make that very difficult. The dr. will take blood on day 21 and then probably prescribe clomid. What worries me is that it might not work and even if it does, i have been reading a lot about miscarriages. What are my chances of having a healthy baby? Am i overreacting or is this feeling of anxiety and insecurity about the future normal?
