Have a 20 mth old boy here so don't give up hope, like the above post said, there are medications etc that can help prevent miscarraiges. Knowing about the pcos before becoming pregnant is a good start as you can seek certain treatment. 7 mths is not very long in ttc though, eventhough it may seem ages for you, Give it a year or two before you stress, you are in good hands.
