I agree, it is a top book! I had to get my local book shop to order it in for me, I think it cost me about $20 or $30. I got a recommendation for it from a diabetes educator when I was diagnosed with insulin resistance & pcos earlier this year. It helped explain a lot of what was going on with my body and how my diet and exercise could help things.

Dx'ed PCOS 6/08. BP meds since 8/08. Met 2000mg 2/3/09 5th cycle 50mg clomid 12/21 - O'd CD 23-24 BFP 1/24/09 ended in M/C on 2/23/09
