 HELP! London pregnancy/PCOS specialist wanted

I unexpectedly tested positive for a pregnancy test yesterday(!), after an apparently ovulation failure led to the abandonment of a IUI cycle last month.
At this point, we would want to avoid a repeat of a previous miscarriage, and would like advice that anyone can give us on a consultant to see in the London area, someone who can advise on medications that can reduce the risk of miscarriage during pregnancy for a woman with PCOS (i.e. continuing on metformin, progesterone, heparin etc)
Evidence on all of these medications for PCOS is patchy and contradictory, so we really want to go to a specialist with genuine and up-to-date expertise in this area.
As time is of the essence, we are prepared to go private. Our own GP has no specialist knowledge of this area, and an NHS referral might take an unknown period of time.
