There are going to be requirements you have to meet per the plan, but the fertility medication WILL be covered. I was just reading over a plan today and basically, as long as you've got proven infertility, drugs under that type of plan would be covered. If you've been getting treated, have been trying for more than 6mo/1yr (depending on your age) and your doctor has definitely diagnosed you with infertility, then it should not be a problem.

You can of course always call your insurance company to double-check They should be able to tell you what would qualify as 'Medically Necessary'.
