Hi, im new, and I live in Dunedin - the party town lol!
I am so stoaked to finally find a PCOS forum, that has space for us NZers!
I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2004, and really annoyed that all my doc told me to do was 'loose some weight and you'll be right' There was no advice on how to, or what i should be eating etc... and I didnt really understand what PCOS was. Its only really been in the last couple of months that I have got to understand it - since Im getting married in two weeks and planning to try for a baby end of next year! |
